A budget allows you to track where your money is going and also allows you analyze things like which type of advertising works best for you.

How does your payroll expense compare with the industry average? Are you paying too many or too few in bonuses and commissions? Do you have enough funding?

Without a professional budget, you will be kicked out of your office without a second glance if you go anywhere to get funding (Bank, Investors or VC firms).

  1. Employ a certain number of employees

You should now consider hiring employees if you don’t already have them. The curse of being an entrepreneur is trying to do it all yourself. Although we all want to be the master of all trades, we forget that the saying “but master of none” applies.
