These learners learn best from seeing (e.g. They learn best by seeing (e.g., through photos, videos or PowerPoint presentations).

  1. Auditory (Aural Learning Style)

Auditory learning is the best option for those who enjoy listening to audiobooks and lectures. This type of learner finds it easy to understand what they hear.

These learners learn best through listening (e.g. Podcasts and audiobooks are great options for these learners.

  1. Reading/Writing Learning Style

As you would expect, people who love reading and writing are best suited for the reading/writing learning style. Because they are easily influenced by the words they read or write.

Writing is a great way to learn for these learners. Through books, magazines, and websites.

  1. Kinesthetic (Physical Learning Style)

People who love “hands-on” learning with kinesthetics are best suited for this learning style.

Learn Effectively Since the moment we were born, we have been learning new things each day. We’ve all used at least one stage of learning to acquire knowledge and skills, even if we don’t realize it. These are the three stages of learning:

You could do them while waiting in line for a coffee or walking your dog. While you are free to review your notes, this should be done only if it is absolutely necessary.
  4. Learn It Again – After several days have passed since the first attempt to learn it, you can take out your material and reread it. This will enable your brain to process concepts again and cement the information in your mind.

Deliberate Practice allows you to break down the skill into smaller pieces so that you can master each part. This method avoids repetition of the same skill over and over.
